Royal Continental Suites Business Bay Dubai

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was good and attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. They were eager to help us with any requests we had, from transport to recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool area which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring this city. The location was ideal for us as it was very close to downtown and located on the river side. the rooms werenice and neat making it feel like a home away from home.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

New fresh, nice colour coordination, great facilities. Arun and Saddam clean my room very well. Spacious and super clean rooms. Two-bedroom apartment suitable for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Good room service team.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. the spacious rooms with exclusive amenities were truly luxurious. the view of the city skyline from the room was breathtaking, especially with the Burj Khalifa in sight. the staff was accommodating and ensured all my needs were met. the restaurant on-site provided a delicious halal breakfast that filled me up for the day ahead. the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room were perfect for relaxation. the location was also convenient, being close to many attractions and shopping centers.

There was some noise disturbance from the traffic outside. after speaking to the staff, my room was changed promptly and I was upgraded to a better room.

Great location, close to a beautiful canal and a small supermarket downstairs. Staff members Arun and Saddam provided excellent service.

The hotel apartment atmosphere was lacking, as there were no nice food options on the premises. The swimming pool was not well-maintained and located in a noisy area.

The one-bedroom apartment was nicely decorated and very spacious, with a beautiful view of downtown. The hotel management and staff were welcoming and the lobby was impressive. The location in Business Bay was convenient, with easy access to downtown and the Dubai Mall. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and there was a coffee shop operational on-site. The hotel also had great amenities like a pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Additionally, there was a 24/7 grocery shop and laundry downstairs.

Felt spoilt, no complaints at all.

Located on Marasi Drive, this hotel offers a stunning riverside view by the canal and is conveniently close to downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large shower. The two-bedroom apartment is an excellent option for families. The polite staff at the hotel's room service provide a satisfying experience.

The hotel's management needs to work on providing a better service with more efficient staffing and room maintenance.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and exclusivity. the spacious suite had exclusive amenities, including a huge shower and a breathtaking view of the city. the staff provided impeccable service, answering our queries promptly with a friendly attitude. the location was very convenient, taking only a short ride to reach most of the famous attractions in the city. the breakfast offered halal food, which was deliciously prepared and served at the hotel's restaurant.

This minor issue did not affect our overall experience in this hotel, though.

The staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The pool area was small but well-maintained. it's a great place to stay in the city.
